Communicating graciously and effectively is particularly challenging when we don’t know how best to resolve conflicts in satisfactory ways. This workshop is about understanding the important ways in which our efforts to communicate and resolve conflicts are interconnected, and how improvements in either can make both more effective.
Co-hosted by the Diocese of Toronto and the CBOQ, this workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Wanda Malcolm, Wycliffe's professor of pastoral psychology. Lunch is included.
