As the world grieves yet another senseless terrorist attack on innocent lives, it is heartening to know that thoughtful, intelligent, highly educated Christians and Muslims are working together to build bridges across faith divides. Last month, Wycliffe Professor of New Testament, Ann Jervis, travelled to Washington, D.C., to participate in a unique gathering of Christian and Muslim scholars. Developed as a direct response to the 9/11 terror attacks on the United States, "The Building Bridges Seminar" is an annual event that brings together prominent academics of both faith groups for intensive discussion and study. Communications Director Patricia Paddey interviewed Ann about her experience. Read all about it at the Wycliffe blog.
