Introduction to the Old Testament I

Introduction to Old Testament literature, history, and theology, with emphasis on application of, and implications for reading the Old Testament within the church. Focused on the Primary History (Genesis-Kings), and Chronicles, the course traces the text’s story-line and attends to difficult questions raised by its subject matter, social and historical location, and presentation.
