Order and Delivery
We are delighted that you are interested in the Christian Foundations workbook. Each workbook is $30, and a volume discount is available for orders over 50 copies.
Please complete the below form to order books. An invoice will then be emailed to you, which you can pay using any major credit card. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please indicate this is the "Note" section of the form.
Orders of 5 or fewer: shipped via Canada Post from our front desk. A flat shipping rate of $20 within Canada and $30 to the US will be added to these smaller orders.
Orders of 6 or more: require special shipping arrangements to be made. We will contact you with a quote and timeline after you place your order.
